Wario's Woods - Overview
Wario's woods is an interesting tetris-style game by Nintendo that can be played in single player and two player modes and various different ways of playing the game such as:-

There is also an option to customize the way you want to play the game. This was the final Nintendo licensed game on the NES in North America. The plot behind Wario's Woods is that Toad is going for a walk to what he thinks is Toadstools Garden, unfortunately he got a little more than he bargained for by wandering into Wario's Woods and getting lost.
It is here that Toad finds out there is something here even more sinister than the Dark woods themselves as he realises that Wario is sending an army of monsters against the Mushroom Kingdom. Wanda and Birdo help Toad to defeat the monsters by giving him bombs every so often however if the player is taking too long to complete a level Wario replaces Birdo and Wanda with a Pidgit which will throws monsters at Toad.
Your goal is to defeat all of the monsters on a level which will take you to the next round.
