My(Sunshine’s) review to the sequel in the serie, SUPER MARIO BROTHERS 2. This game is made by Nintendo 1989. 4 years after the first one. I’m not sure, but I think this game was supposed to be not ”super mario bros.2”, but another one. But they made it to the second one in the serie. … Read more
The original Super Mario Bros. game for the NES was not only a huge success, quickly becoming one of the most popular videogame titles ever (a status it retains to this day), but also a tremendous breakthrough in terms of gameplay and concept. Take Doki Doki Panic, shove out their main characters, add a different storyline, add the stars of the Mario cast, rename the game and put it onto a NES cartridge. The first glimpse I ever got of Super Mario Bros 3 in action was in that great celluloid classic of our time The Wizard… um, not a great start then, but it did make up for the rental fee. And how about that Power Glove? Er, well, it looked good at the time… But anyway. … Read more
Graphics – 10 / 10 Even today I wonder how Nintendo put those good graphics on such an old system. These are a 100% improvement over the previous Super Mario Brothers’ graphics.
